How does this work? How do I listen to your podcasts?

  • Sign into your account and click FEEDS in your account menu.
    • Alternatively – Click SHOWS. Select any show, and click “Add To Apps” underneath the show’s header.
  • You will then see a list of all of the podcast feeds we offer, with simple links to add each one to your podcast player of choice.
  • You must import each podcast you want one by one.*
    • *CBB Presents only needs to be imported once to unlock all CBB Presents shows.
  • Once a podcast has been imported to your app, make sure to “subscribe” or “follow” within that app. Some do this automatically.
  • You only need to do this process ONCE for each podcast feed. You will then receive new episodes on your podcast app just like any other podcast!

My podcast app is failing to import a show or has stopped loading new episodes

Although this is almost always an issue with the third party app and not our feeds, we have a few tips to try:

  • Make sure you are using an app that works with private feeds.
  • Try checking your library within your app because sometimes the import actually DOES work even if it appeared to do nothing. This is a common issue with Apple Podcasts.
  • Simply wait longer, some apps are slow to load.
  • Try typing a “#” at the end of the RSS feed URL and manually paste the URL into the podcast app. This often forces the show to import.
  • Write to info@memberful.com and ask for them to refresh your feeds.
  • If none of that works, we suggest contacting the app’s customer service, or contact us and we can try to help (though we will likely repeat the above!).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions menu item. https://cbbworld.memberful.com/account/subscriptions

Why can’t I log in to your site?

Check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies. Either change your settings or use another browser.

Did you sign up with the correct email address? Sometimes people inadvertently use the wrong one, misspell it, or don’t realize that their Apple Pay or Google Pay uses a different email. Email us if you’re not sure.

Can I upgrade my plan and only pay the difference?

Yes! Click Change plan from the Subscriptions menu item in your account. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount. https://cbbworld.memberful.com/account/subscriptions

How can I join your Discord server?

Open a Discord account (or use an existing account), then click the Discord link in your account section. You can also just click this link: https://cbbworld.memberful.com/account/discord/authorize

Please note: Discord membership is for active MAXIMUS subscribers only. If you are a LEGACY subscriber, the discord link will still work, and you can still make an account, but it will appear mostly empty as you will not have access to the discussion channels.

Can I update my email address or other personal information?

Can I update my credit card?

Yes. Log in to your Account and click Update card from the menu. Or use this link:

How do I reset my password?

Passwords are not required for your membership account. Instead, visit our sign in form, enter your email address and click Send sign in link. We’ll send you an email with a link that you can click to sign in. The link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.

If you prefer to create a password, you can do so after you sign up for a membership. If you ever need to reset your password, click this link https://cbbworld.memberful.com/auth/password/new, enter your email address, and then click send me reset instructions. To ensure the reset process is secure:

  • Password reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
  • Password reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
  • If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and start with a fresh password reset.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! It’s easy to gift a subscription. Click one of the links below:

You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalized message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift.

It is not necessary to wait to activate a gift even if you have a current subscription. Activating will simply tack the gift subscription to the end of your current term. So make sure to activate before your next renewal!

If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.

Keep in mind that you’re purchasing a one-time gift for the selected term (e.g. month or year). The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription.

Is there a physical address Where I can send gifts?

We love receiving gifts and letters, just please use common sense! No junk or promotions, they will be thrown out. The recipient and address must be written exactly as follows:

This is an incomplete list. Most apps or sites that accept independent RSS feeds should work with ours.

Update on Bonanas For Bonanza/Andy Daly
Dearest CBB World occupants,

While I usually write with good tidings and fantastic news, it is with great sadness and the heaviest of hearts that I must announce that Andy Daly is no longer going to be hosting his shows on CBB World.

Andy took some time off for his hiatus, and contacted me last week to say that, after several years of doing the show for various entities, he was looking forward to the opportunity to start his own thing, with no boss other than himself (and his GOD, of course).

When we started this endeavor a little over a year ago, I wanted to do something harkening back to the early days of podcasting, where friends supported friends, and we all had a good time together.

In the spirit of that, I’ve told everyone involved that if they wanted to leave for any reason, I’d be happy to support them and not hold onto their shows. No strings attached.

So “Bonanas For Bonanza” IS returning… but you’ll have to follow Andy to his own little pasture on the internet to hear it. (I certainly will!) There will be more details to come about this soon.

What does this mean for you?

Well, we wanted to give you enough time to catch up on the show if you’re behind – so the back catalogue will continue to be available through the end of February. After that, the Andy Daly Podcast Project feed will be taken down for both Legacy and Maximus.

We know there are certain subscribers who are here largely for Andy, and may have been hanging on waiting for him to return.

For all of you, we want to assist you in any way we can – if you would like to cancel your subscription and get a prorated refund, it’s not a problem. We want to make sure you feel happy with your purchase here, and want to go overboard in making sure you don’t feel like you’ve spent a penny you didn’t feel good about.

For the rest of you, we have not been lost for new content! We’ve been ramping up production on more CBB Presents episodes. You may have noticed we’ve only taken one week off since October!

In fact we just added a brand new CBB Presents limited series on Tuesdays, hosted by Dan Lippert: Walton On Walton! It’s the “after show” to the real Bill Walton’s new telecast. First episode is out now!

And “College Town,” which started out as a CBB Presents, is going strong as a new weekly show with its own feed (some of you don’t know it has its own feed – make sure to go back to cbbworld.com and follow it! It comes out every Tuesday and it’s hit its stride!)

And we have more surprises in store coming down the proverbial pike — including the “Crisis on Infinite Bang Bangs,” which will be a multi-part epic of its own.

Andy has promised he’ll come back to do certain surprises with us, and of course he’ll continue to be on CBB proper.

So, while we are saying “au revoir” to The Andy Daly Podcast Project (like a true city slicker!), I’m confident CBB World remains the most fun corner of podcasting.
